Teenagers are not overlooked in the ministry plan at Christ Lutheran. Just as with the young children of our congregation, we offer many opportunities for teens to learn about their Savior, Jesus.
Regular attendance at Teen Bible Class, in addition to home devotions and family Bible study, will only serve to strengthen the teenagers of our congregation as they grow and mature into the next generation of church leaders and laypeople.

Teen Bible Class, for 7th through 12th grade students, meets weekly from Labor Day to Memorial Day in the downstairs classrooms following the weekly Sunday morning worship service. Sunday School classes are also provided for children from from pre-school through 6th grade.
Lessons address the worries and anxieties often felt by teenagers as they transition from childhood to adulthood. Topics of study are relevant and applicable to the challenges facing today's Christian youth.
Recent topics covered include:
- How to deal with the daily pressures of being a teenager
- How to build strong, long-lasting relationships
- How to speak the truth in love to members of other religions and faiths
- How to recognize and respond to the occult

Teen Bible Class students are also encouraged to participate in the Christ Lutheran Youth Group. The youth group, also for 7th through 12th graders, is a teen activity and service organization that meets once a month for a Bible study, to conduct group business and to enjoy a fellowship outing or event.
