Christ Lutheran offers Confirmation classes during the school year for 6th-8th grade students. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30 PM at church.
About Confirmation Class
This three year course of Biblical instruction gives the youth of our congregation a solid foundation in the truths of Scripture and helps prepare them to:
  • Share their faith in Jesus Christ
  • Grow into active members of the congregation
  • Develop the spiritual maturity needed to examine themselves for Holy Communion
Martin Luther's Small Catechism
Instruction for Confirmation class generally follows the format of Martin Luther's Small Catechism, which includes:
  • The Ten Commandments
  • The Creed
  • The Lord's Prayer
  • The Sacrament of Holy Baptism
  • The Ministry of the Keys and Confession
  • The Sacrament of Holy Communion
  • Daily Prayers
  • Table of Duties
